You must be 18 years of age (or a parent/guardian registering for someone 15 1/2 to 17 years old) and legally able to register with AZ Motorcycle Rider Training (AZMRT).  If you register for more than one seat, you are responsible for all fees and tuition associated with each seat.

You understand that you are buying a seat in class only for the date you have chosen, and your seat is not secured until payment is made in full.  Twenty-five dollars ($25) of this tuition is non-refundable.  You understand you may cancel or reschedule no less than seven (7) days prior to your class start date and will be charged a $25 fee to do so.  Should you choose to cancel or reschedule, you must do so by telephone (emails are not acceptable).  You may not cancel or reschedule within the seven (7) days prior to class or your entire tuition becomes non-refundable.  If you are late or fail to show up for class, you automatically forfeit your position and your tuition.

Any discounts cannot be combined or used with special pricing events.  If you qualify for a discount, you must call to register.  Discounts cannot be applied after you have used online registration.  If you choose to pay by cash, money order (issued by a bank only) or cashier’s check (issued by a bank only), you must call to register.  Remember, your seat is not held until payment is made in full.  If you fail the class, you may retake the course within the next 30 days at no charge.  After 30 days, you will be charged the full class tuition.

Gift certificate purchases are non-refundable.  However, these gifts are transferable to another student should the recipient be unable to use them.  All Gift Certificates expire within six (6) months from the date of purchase.

You further understand that any accounts sent to collections for non-payment are subject to an Administrative Fee of $65.
